We are excited to welcome Middle West Spirits and Old Elk to our January 2026 PBC Meeting!

Founded in 2008, Middle West Spirits is focused on elevating the distinctive flavors of the Ohio River Valley. Our spirits honor our roots, and reflect our originality as makers, our integrity as producers, and our passion for crafting spirits from grain to glass. Middle West Spirits (an independent spirits producer from Ohio) acquired Old Elk Distillery in May 2025, bringing the Colorado-based whiskey brand into its portfolio alongside its own brands. The acquisition moves Old Elk’s production to Middle West’s facility in Columbus, Ohio, though Old Elk’s brand and team continue under the new ownership.
